See our “About Us” or “Why Wallpaper Worldwide?” for more details. But in short, you are buying direct from China’s biggest manufacturer and distributor of wallpaper. No middle man. No wholesalers. No retailers.
What size are the samples?
You may order an A5 sample on the product page, by choosing “Check to see if a sample is available”, then click “Buy Sample Only” if it is available. The price for a sample is a flat rate of US$5.00 for all products, and that includes postage no matter where your destination. The sample cost is also refunded when you come back to purchase that wallpaper within three months using the same user login.
What does the pattern match on my wallpaper mean?
Wallpaper is printed on rollers and therefore every wallpaper has a repeat but sometimes on a plain or striped wallpaper the repeat does not matter.
Some common pattern repeats are
Straight match - a straight match means that the pattern matches across the width of the wallpaper. The label of the wallpaper will tell you how often the pattern repeats eg 53cm.
An offset match sometimes called a half drop, means the match is obtained by halving the repeat. For example a label might state a 53/26.5cm offset match. This means the design repeats every 53cm and the point at which they match from left to right is every 26.5cm.
Free match means there is no matching required. It is the easiest product to hang, as no matter how the strips of wallpaper are hung, no visible join or seams need to be worried about. This also reduces the amount of wastage.
How do I know if my choice of wallpaper is suitable for my room?
Vinyl wallpapers resist moisture and are splash-proof and are therefore most suitable for use in the bathroom. However if you bathroom is well ventilated then any wallpaper can be used with care. No wallpaper is recommended for use in direct contact with water, such as to line a shower or round a sink.
Similar to bathrooms, ideally a vinyl wallpaper but any wallcovering can be used with care, in a well ventilated room where it does not come into direct contact with heat or water.

Is my payment secure?
Wallpaper Worldwide uses PayPal and PayPal Prohosted Solution whose built-in state of the art encryption technology scrambles your sensitive data and provide maximum security over the internet.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery charges vary country to country. We offer two options - China Registered Air Post and DHL. Indicative prices for China Post are listed below. Prices are based on an assumed weight of a 1.0kg roll of wallpaper.
Why are our shipping costs so competitive?
Yes, we have noticed that too compared with our competitors! Firstly, shipping costs originating from China are inherently competitive. Secondly, we have had tough negotiations with shipping agents in China to provide our customers with the best prices.
We DO NOT profit from shipping charges.
What if my country is not on the list?
The full list of countries with the shipping cost quotation on product(s) will be available at check out prior to payment.
Do you allow delivery to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can select an alternative delivery address but the parcel needs to be signed for.
How long does delivery take?
We have two options – DHL and China Registered Air Post.
DHL will take 3 – 10 working days for most countries.
China Post will take 15 – 25 working days.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email.
What happens if my wallpaper is out of stock?
We will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. We will also give you the option to reselect if this date is not acceptable.
There are occasions when we have to wait for a wallpaper to be printed and so there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice whether to wait or not.
What is your returns policy?
Wallpaper Worldwide offers a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee for purchases made on our website for a peace of mind Internet shopping experience.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Wallpaper Worldwide product, or if you are having second thoughts about the way it will look in your space, you may return it at your cost within seven working days after receipt of your order undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund on the item(s).
- Freight charges incurred from shipping the item(s) to you will not be refunded.
- Prior to returning goods, please send us an e-mail and we will respond within two business days –
Please state your order number, date of receipt, and the reason for returning the product. Please note that refunds will not be given for unauthorised returns.
- Wallpaper Worldwide reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item returned is deemed to have been mishandled by the customer.
- Please check all wallpaper products for faults before hanging. Any wallpaper that has been used or hung will not be refunded.
- In the (unlikely) event of a fault, please email us some photos of the fault concerned, we may ask you to send us a sample of the faulty product back to us with the your order details. It may not be necessary to return the faulty product in its entirety. A full replacement product or refund (including shipping charges) will be given. Our products are quality checked before despatch from factory.
